The convention will take place in London -England 

Yes, you can bring as many guests as you want, we are offering special reduced price for each guest you bring at $280 USD per person to participate in all activities.  

We selected the beautiful CLAYTON CROWN HOTEL, LONDON to be our official venue and hotel to host the event and guests. Address: 142-152 Cricklewood Broadway, Cricklewood, London, NW2 3ED.

The event will start on August 24th at night, you can arrive anytime during the morning or afternoon, you can also arrive days before, but keep in mind that special rate if still available will not be applied.  

Due to the space capacity the hotel provided special rate to a specific number of rooms only, after we reach that number, they rate will change, check with the hotel to find the latest rate.  

Yes, the price for the room includes breakfast. 

We recommend business attire for the conferences, expos, cocktail attire for the receptions, casual attire for the tour, and specially a gala attire for the gala award.  

If you purchase a package that includes meals, be aware that we cover only the meals scheduled on the agenda. Please see agenda.  

We are working with a transportation company in London that will pick you up and drop you off from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. Please be aware that this service is separated, and you must pay directly to them, however, they will provide special reduced price for you.  

Yes, you can bring children over 10 years old and you need to pay for their participation as a guest at $280 USD per child.
